Janel Hedberg

Hello, I am Janel Hedberg, owner of Pure Phoenix. I have spent most of my life in the Health and wellness industry starting in 1996 with my first job at 24 Hour Fitness, as a front desk receptionist. I spent 6 years learning how to care for my body, as well as how to manage a fitness facility. Taking what I learned, I became a massage therapist and personal trainer in 2001, working mostly with athletes, providing programs for structural imbalances and injury prevention. In 2005, I ventured out on my own, further customizing care and programs for my clients.
In 2009, I became a homemaker, raising a family, but never ceasing my desire to learn and grow, I continued my education with nutrition and gardening, teaching my family and community about the importance of whole natural foods.
Now, in 2023, after attending my third massage program in Arizona, I am switching gears to focus on the Lymphatic system, customizing programs to rebuild the body at the cellular level with a focus on autoimmune disorders, and scar tissue repair.
